Spulora Studio: Your Textile Sourcing & Design Team
Spulora Studio is a textile sourcing, design and production-management team in Qingdao, China. Our in-house designers and project team help quality-focused brands connect product ideas, materials, manufacturing partners and shipping arrangements.
Fabric, trims, construction references and sample feedback are reviewed together so the next decision stays connected to the product the client is trying to build.
One point of contact
Design expertise, practical follow-through
Our internal designers develop artwork, product appearance, sewing patterns and tech packs. We source finished products and raw materials, coordinate supplier orders and payments, inspect goods and work with freight forwarders to arrange delivery.
Manufacturing is carried out by our production partners. We remain your project contact for the agreed design, sourcing, sampling, quality and logistics work. Smaller first projects are welcome for review.
Before paid work begins, you will receive the project scope, contracting party and payment details in writing. If a project requires identifiable information to be shared with another production or service contact, we explain who will receive it, why it is needed and what will be shared before proceeding.

Working with Spulora Studio
Bring the reference, material requirements or design files you have and mark the questions still open. We help turn them into an agreed scope, coordinate the relevant supplier or design work and keep the next approval clear. You remain involved in decisions about the product, sample, quantities, branding and commercial terms.
Our role connects design decisions with purchasing and production follow-through. Manufacturing partners make the goods; our team handles the agreed communication, payments, checks and logistics coordination. A sample review can be the first engagement, with further work quoted when you decide to continue. The scope identifies who supplies each file, who approves it and which costs apply.

Sourced goods, samples & smaller orders
For sourced products, samples and smaller orders received by us, our team checks the goods before forwarding them to you. If we find an issue, we contact the supplier to arrange a return, replacement or another agreed solution.

Bulk factory production
For bulk factory production, our team visits the factory to inspect the order. We agree the inspection scope in advance and record any issues and required follow-up before shipment.
Factory visit → inspection record → corrective action → shipment review
Inspection scope, coverage and acceptance criteria are agreed for each order. Independent third-party inspections and laboratory testing can be quoted separately.
