Terms for using the Spulora Studio website and submitting product-development inquiries.
Spulora Studio is an independent textile sourcing, design and production-management studio operated by Molith in Qingdao, China. Services may include procurement, in-house design, sampling, production management, agreed payment arrangements, quality checks and freight-forwarder coordination. Manufacturing is carried out by production partners.
Website purpose
This website presents product directions, product sample examples and preliminary B2B inquiry forms. It does not provide online checkout, accept buyer payments or automatically confirm an order. Submitting a form, receiving a catalog or exchanging email does not create an order, quotation, acceptance, payment obligation, purchase contract, manufacturing contract, agency relationship or supply contract.
Commercial orders
Before any paid work, a written quotation, pro forma invoice or contract will identify the relevant legal entity, contracting party, business account payee and, where applicable, export party. That commercial document, rather than this website, governs product specifications, price, payment, quality, delivery, warranty, claims and dispute terms.
Buyers should pay only the business account named in an agreed commercial document and should confirm any requested account change through sales@spulora.com. Spulora Studio does not accept buyer payments through this website.
Project information
MOQ, sampling, production timing, materials, construction, packaging and pricing are confirmed only after the brief and project-specific production route are reviewed. Website content and early correspondence do not guarantee feasibility, quantity, price, timing or production capacity.
Artwork and intellectual property
Buyers must have the rights to artwork, logos, book titles, characters, franchise references and other protected materials they submit. Spulora Studio supports original, brand-owned and properly authorized licensed work.
Product sample examples
Product sample examples show the kinds of textile products and visible details Spulora can develop with clients. They are not standing commercial offers or promises of a fixed price, MOQ, material, lead time, production specification or factory relationship. Materials, specifications, quantities and commercial terms are confirmed for each project through sampling and written requirements.
Communication
Initial project communication can take place on WhatsApp or by email. Specifications, quotations, revisions, approvals and payment terms are confirmed in writing. No telephone call is required. Sending an inquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not confirm that a project has been accepted.
