Spulora Studio is an independent textile sourcing, design and production-management studio operated by Molith in Qingdao, China.

This notice explains how information submitted through the Spulora website is handled during the studio's validation and pre-inquiry stage.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote, catalog or contact form, we may collect your name, work email, company or brand, country, website or social profile, product interests, project details, service type, estimated or exact quantity and unit, product or supplier links, target budget, customization needs and the source page or campaign parameters. An RFQ may also include files that you choose to upload. Public inquiry forms do not request a telephone or WhatsApp number.

How we use the information

We use inquiry information to understand your brief, respond by email, assess product feasibility and prepare relevant follow-up. New inquiries and uploaded files are reviewed by Spulora Studio by default. Submitting a catalog form does not subscribe you to a newsletter while that capability is disabled.

Before any paid work, the relevant legal entity, contracting party and business account payee will be identified in writing.

Before any onward disclosure of identifiable project information, the relevant data recipient, its role or contact identity, the purpose, the information types and the intended use will be identified in writing. Separate agreement will be obtained where needed. Until then, only de-identified requirements may be used to explore feasibility. We do not sell inquiry data or publish uploaded files.

WhatsApp and email

You may choose to contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email. Clicking a contact link opens the selected service; information you send there is also handled by that service under its own privacy terms. We use the project information you choose to share to respond and coordinate the agreed work. You can use the website contact form if you prefer.

Storage and delivery

Production inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1, permitted RFQ files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and inquiry notifications are delivered by email. These service providers process data to operate the website and deliver the inquiry workflow; they are not presented as recipients for project production. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a project, maintain business records or meet applicable obligations.

Analytics and choices

The site may use privacy-aware traffic and conversion analytics to understand which pages and inquiry paths are useful. Where consent is required by the visitor's location, optional analytics should not be used until the required choice has been provided.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations, by emailing sales@spulora.com.
