Use the physical sample and written brief to resolve the details that affect function, comfort, presentation and the production plan.
A custom sleep mask is felt on both sides, so the visible face fabric cannot be reviewed alone. The lining, interlining and seam construction influence surface feel, heat, opacity and how the mask settles around the eyes. A satin appearance can be developed with different verified fibers and constructions; the material name, composition and care direction stay project-specific until the applicable supply is confirmed.
Coverage comes from the finished shape, bridge area, seam allowance and how the strap holds the mask against the face. A wider outline does not automatically improve light blocking if the bridge lifts or the edge becomes uncomfortable. The first sample should be reviewed by the intended user group against a written priority such as travel packability, gentle pressure, hospitality presentation or gift-set use.
Embroidery, print, woven labels and decorative trims can identify a branded sleep mask, but each method interacts differently with the face fabric and wearing side. Embroidery size, density, backing and placement should be tested on the selected fabric. Printed or dye-sublimated artwork requires a compatible material, color target and production route, so full-color feasibility is confirmed from the actual artwork and supply rather than promised from a screen mockup. Labels and decoration are kept away from direct pressure points where possible.
A pouch, paper sleeve, packaging card or selected gift presentation can be reviewed after the finished mask dimensions and folding method are known. The approved sample should record the face fabric, lining, fill, strap construction, artwork placement, label position and pack-out sequence. Quantity, packaging supply and production timing are then confirmed for that specific project rather than inferred from a sample image.
Material names are confirmed during sampling. We do not describe a mask as silk unless the supply and specification are verified.

Yes. A mask and pouch can carry coordinated branding, but their materials, decoration methods and artwork scales are sampled separately. The bulk quantity is planned after the approved sample, color split, labels, packaging supply and component minimums are known; there is no universal MOQ or timing promise.
