What to send
- The intended user and use case
- A supplier link, material specification, design or sample
- Planned quantity and unit, colors and destination
- Details that are fixed and questions that remain open
China textile sourcing connects your product or material requirements with available options through one project contact. We coordinate purchasing, supplier payments, receipt checks and freight-forwarder arrangements around your requirements.
Send the product you want, a supplier listing or a material specification. Include quantities, your destination, target budget if known and the details you need us to check. We can review your nominated seller or look for alternatives in the Chinese market.
We clarify composition, fabric weight, width, color, dimensions, construction and finish as applicable. Photos and listing descriptions are starting points. Physical samples or swatches can help confirm the details before a larger purchase; testing is quoted when needed.
We agree the product or material cost, procurement service fee, domestic freight and any additional checks or handling before paid work. We coordinate collection of the agreed funds and payment to suppliers. The contracting party and business account payee are identified in the written commercial documents.
For sourced products, samples and smaller orders received by us, our team checks the goods before forwarding them to you. If we find an issue, we contact the supplier to arrange a return, replacement or another agreed solution.
If a project involves several suppliers, consolidation and repacking can be included in the agreed scope. We coordinate the freight-forwarder handoff after the required checks. International freight, insurance, duties, taxes and destination costs depend on the route and written shipping terms.
Smaller first orders are welcome for review. Supplier pack sizes, fabric rolls, color allocations and material minimums affect what is possible. For raw materials, specify meters, kilograms or rolls and the usable width or weight rather than using a finished-product unit count.
