OEM Textile Manufacturing with Production Partners

OEM textile manufacturing starts with your design, tech pack or approved sample. Spulora coordinates production partners, samples, bulk orders, on-site inspection and shipping. For ODM projects, our in-house designers can develop the product first.

What to send

  • The intended user and use case
  • A supplier link, material specification, design or sample
  • Planned quantity and unit, colors and destination
  • Details that are fixed and questions that remain open

What an initial review can clarify

  • Which information is still needed
  • The most important question for a first sample
  • Material or construction options worth comparing
  • The next scope that can be confirmed in writing

OEM: produce to your design

OEM is the right starting point when you have a defined design, usable tech pack or product specification. We review the materials, measurements, construction, artwork, tolerances and packaging with a production partner. Missing design work is identified and quoted before development begins.

ODM: develop the product with our team

If your project starts with an idea or reference, our in-house designers can create artwork, appearance designs, sewing patterns and tech packs. The design stage has its own deliverables and approvals, followed by sampling and partner manufacture when you choose to continue.

Approve the reference for OEM textile manufacturing

We coordinate sample making and feedback against the agreed requirements. Before production, confirm the approved sample version, material and color references, measurements, decoration, labels and packing instructions. Sample approval and bulk-order approval are separate decisions.

Coordinate production and supplier payments

We manage factory communication and the agreed collection and supplier-payment arrangements through the order milestones. The written quote identifies the contracting party, business account payee and applicable export arrangements before any order or payment. Manufacturing is carried out by our production partners.

Bulk factory production

For bulk factory production, our team visits the factory to inspect the order. We agree the inspection scope in advance and record any issues and required follow-up before shipment.

  • Check the agreed product, quantity and quality requirements
  • Document findings and the required supplier follow-up
  • Confirm how unresolved issues affect shipment approval

Connect pack-out to the shipping plan

We coordinate the approved labels, packaging, carton information and freight-forwarder handoff. Freight method, delivery responsibilities, insurance, duties and destination charges are agreed for the shipment. Independent inspections, laboratory testing and additional visits can be quoted separately.

Keep sample changes and approvals traceable

A revision record connects the requested change, the next sample and the approval needed before bulk production. Inspection findings remain a separate record.

Common questions

Plan with the Important Variables Visible

Does Spulora own the factory?

Manufacturing is carried out by our production partners. Spulora manages the project, design where commissioned, sampling, purchasing, quality checks and freight-forwarder coordination.

Can I start with a smaller first order?

Yes, smaller first orders are welcome for review. Minimum quantities depend on the product, material purchases, color allocation and production process; the feasible quantity is confirmed in your quote.

Who performs the factory inspection?

Our team visits the factory for bulk production inspection. We agree the inspection scope and record findings. This is our in-house service; an independent third-party inspection is a separate option.

How do you manage a quality issue?

We document the issue against the approved requirements, contact the supplier and coordinate the agreed corrective work, replacement or other resolution. Responsibility, re-inspection and shipment approval are defined in the project terms.
